Kabkab date

Kabkab date is in the category of Semi Dried dates. Their moisture level of kabkab date is between 15-18%. The moisture level depends on the harvest time, the location of cultivation and irrigation. Farmers grow this date mostly in southern Iran provinces such as Bushehr, Borazjoon and Dashtestan. Kabkab Date are also considered to be one of the most popular dates in Iranian production as well as other production dates in Iran.

Kabkab Dates are also high in Iran and has been able to draw attention to world markets in the past few years.

Kabkab dates are nectarous and soft with wide range of use in food industries and bakeries. The coloring of this variety is black and brown in pitted or unpitted. The harvest time of these dates (Kabkab Dates) in October. The moisture of this variety of dates is under 18%.
The harvest season for new crop is late September until Mid- October each year. So, we suggest booking your order for the new crop and contact us in the first weeks of September.

This kind of Dates is considered to be a large kind of date fruit in terms of size, the color of this Date type is dark brown to blackish.

Kabkab can be loaded and shipped in 20 ft. and 40 ft. Dry containers. For your information the loading capacity of containers:

20 ft. Container: up to 19 Tons
40 ft. Container: up to 25 Tons
Shelf life: One year after the production date.

Keeping condition: Users can keep these dates at room temperature which has good air ventilation and it is free of dust. However, In our professional opinion, it is better to keep them in the Refrigerator which is cool (below 5 Centigrade) and dry with proper air ventilation.
