Kalute Date

Kalute Date is one other type of fresh dates or wet dates in Iran that is same as fresh mazafati date. The two fresh dates (Kali & Mazafati) are similar in sweet taste, soft texture, large size, high shelf life (12 – 18 months) & package of retail /bulk and even in keeping condition (at 0 – 5 ° C temperature) but the kalute price is very lower than Mozafati price. Of course kali dates have special features that include low moisture, high fiber & brown color. Kalute date has a growing market in the most countries such as Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, India, Russia, UAE & Chile.
