Kaloute Date

Kaloute Date (Kaliteh Date, Kalute Date, Kali Date) is one other type of fresh dates or wet dates in Iran that is same as fresh mazafati date. The two fresh dates (Kali & Mazafati) are similar in sweet taste, soft texture, large size, high shelf life (12 – 18 months) & package of retail /bulk and even in keeping condition (at 0 – 5 ° C temperature) but the kalute price is very lower than Mozafati price. Of course kali dates have special features that include low moisture, high fiber & brown color. Kalute date has a growing market in the most countries such as Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, India, Russia, UAE & Chile.
