Kali Date

Kali Dates, also known as Kaliteh Dates and Kaloute Dates are one other type of fresh dates or wet dates in Iran that is same as Bam mazafati date. Kaloute dates have sweet taste, soft texture, large size, high shelf life (12 – 18 months) & package of retail /bulk and keeping condition at 0 – 5° C temperature.

Kaliteh or Kalouteh date fruit has dark brown skin and a soft meaty texture and its size range is around 2.5 to 3.5 cm. The moisture content of this type of date also varies from 14% to 22% depending on harvest time.
